Our Tandoor preparations from North India are
marinated in seasoned yogurt and a variety of herbs and
spices. They are then placed on long skewers and lowered into
our drum like charcoal fired clay ovens or “Tandoors”. Once
they are baked to perfection.
They're
served over grilled onions with Basmati Pulao Rice and Dal.
